一款充满温柔果香与茶香的母亲节限定慕斯蛋糕。以细腻轻盈的草莓慕斯与粉红番石榴慕斯为主调,层层叠加出柔美的粉色渐层。内馅融入酸甜清新的粉红番石榴果泥,带来热带果香的惊喜。夹层搭配香滑浓郁的红茶奶酱,与带有坚果香气的红茶杏仁蛋糕体相互交织,尾韵口感丰富带有茶香而不甜腻。顶部点缀草莓香缇鲜奶油,如花般绽放,象征母亲温柔而恒久的爱。


This Mother’s Day mousse cake is a delicate harmony of fruity freshness. Featuring layers of light strawberry mousse and pink guava mousse. The pink guava filling and mousse in the middle offer a refreshing tropical taste. The smooth black tea crémeux and black tea almond sponge deliver aromatic tea aftertaste. Finished with strawberry chantilly cream on top, this blooming flower beautifully symbolises a mother’s gentle and everlasting love.

    • Longer Journey (over 1 hour): Use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve cake freshness.
    • We do not provide cooler bags with orders, but you could add on from our menu.
