A delicate harmony of sake and cheese, this mousse cake begins with a nutty wholemeal biscuit base, layered with a slow-baked sake kasu cheesecake, layered with a light yet rich sake blanc fromage(white cheese) mousse. Topped with a shimmering sake jelly.
这款慕斯蛋糕以带有坚果香气的全麦饼底为基础,搭配酒粕慢烤芝士蛋糕、轻盈但浓郁的清酒白芝士慕斯,晶莹剔透的清酒果冻透彻着酒香,清新优雅,层次丰富。

Storage and Serving tips
- Refrigeration (0-4°C): Keep refrigerated immediately upon receipt for at least 30-60mins.

- By Car: Due to temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting our cakes only by car
 - Flat Surface: Ensure the cake is on a level surface at all times.
 - Short Journey (up to 1 hour): Keep AC on high; avoid sun exposure.
 - Longer Journey (over 1 hour): Use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve cake freshness.
 - We do not provide cooler bags with orders, but you could add on from our menu.
